How to set a S3 bucket to private streaming on Mac

View the video tutorial below to learn how to transform an S3 bucket into a private streaming CloudFront distribution. That's quite a mouthful of complicated words, but trust me on this, it is very easy to accomplish.
For this purpose, we use CrossFTP, one of the only S3 clients capable of setting private streaming for CloudFront distribution on BOTH Mac and Windows. I tested many applications on Mac and most of them simply don't cut it at this time of writing.
There is still a piece of the puzzle missing, namely the option to set the CloudFront Original Identity Access to Read. Therefore, I asked support of CrossFTP to fix this as soon as possible because the only other application on Mac to get an S3 bucket turned into a streaming CloudFront distribution is Bucket Explorer. But they make it quite complex and it isn't exactly cheap either. So, I would prefer it if CrossFTP gets this right.
